Eligibility for Return or Exchange

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags
    attached.
  • Items must be accompanied by a copy of your receipt or packing slip.
  • Items purchased on sale or clearance are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Earrings and pierced jewellery cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
  • Custom-made or personalized jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged. 

How to Return or Exchange an Item

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Include a copy of your receipt or packing slip and the RAN in the package.

Return Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance for your returned item.

Processing Your Return or Exchange
