At Aaval Jewels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags
attached.
Items must be accompanied by a copy of your receipt or packing slip.
Items purchased on sale or clearance are not eligible for return or exchange.
Earrings and pierced jewellery cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Custom-made or personalized jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged.
