Exchange & Buyback Policies
At Aaval Jewels, we understand that sometimes you might want to refresh your jewellery collection. To assist you with this, we offer an exchange and buyback program under the following conditions:
Exchange:
● You may exchange eligible pre-owned Aaval Jewel pieces for a new item from
our current collection.
● To be eligible for exchange, the pre-owned jewellery must:
○ originally purchased from Aaval Jewels.
○ Beinunworn, undamaged, and like-new condition with all original tags
and packaging.
○ Fall within the timeframe specified (details will be available on a separate
document or webpage). We recommend checking our website or contacting us for the current exchange window.
● The exchange value of your pre-owned jewellery will be determined based on its
current condition, original purchase price, and any ongoing promotions.
● The exchange value can be used towards a new purchase, but cannot be redeemed for cash.
● Any difference between the exchange value and the new item’s price will need to
be paid at the time of exchange.
● We reserve the right to limit the number of exchanges per customer and to refuse
exchanges for items that do not meet our criteria.
Buyback:
● We may offer to buy back certain pre-owned Aaval Jewels pieces for a set price
or based on an appraisal.
● The decision to buy back an item and the offered price will be at Aaval Jewels’
discretion. Factors considered include the item’s design, condition, age, current
market value of similar pieces, and any ongoing promotions.
● The buyback amount will be paid in [specify payment method, e.g., store credit,
cash].
● We recommend contacting us for details on currently accepted buyback pieces
and their estimated value.
General Conditions
● This exchange and buyback program applies only to Aaval Jewels branded
jewellery.
● Proof of purchase (receipt) might be required for both exchange and buyback
transactions.
● We recommend getting a professional appraisal for valuable pieces before
considering a buyback.
● Aaval Jewels reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior
notice.
